I'm noticing the 3DS Max process (3dsmax.exe *32) is not ending when Max itself has be closed. This is happening at home and work, on two separate versions. Any idea what could be causing this?
Yeah some guy at the AREA forum was asking the same question. Adam, you can try to find this little app called KillMax (if I'm not mistaken) to...well, to kill Max.

CTRL + Shift + Esc, then set Memory (WIn 7) to put the higher users at the top.
So then Max is usually at the top or towards, then u just click on it and hit the DELETE key and ENTER it's gone.
yep. sadly I find myself doing that a lot at work. lol
This is possible.
I'm having all sorts of processes remain running. UDK, Max, Firefox, Chrome, etc. Very frustrating, considering I open and close programs like crazy.
