Hi, I've had my first tablet for almost a year and a half now, and just couple of hours ago, it stopped working. The drivers are installed correctly, tried it on other computers, and its giving me the same problem. The Pens not working.

My Question is, how long is the battery inside a tablet pen suppose to last? If my pen did run out of battery, do you simply replace it or buy a new pen that works with your Wacom?

: )

Wacom tablets don't have batteries in them, they have a patent technology with electromagnetic induction that requires no batteries.

Check if you have the correct drivers for the right model, if that does not change a thing check if it works on a different computer. If its detected it should light up with a smal light at the top of the tablet. Sometimes when its not detected in windows on my computer (wrong USB port or so) that light is off, but as as soon as I unplug and plug it back in the light starts showing up again,

Oh, for some reason I thought the pens would be supported by a battery, I will try again !! It could be that my tablet needed some resting perhaps,, been using it almost 24/7 for the last 3 days lol thank you for fast reply, will come back with good news
