I started with the highpoly:
Moved onto the Lowpoly:

Did the UV map and baked it out and Textured in 2 different variants:

actually the pearl one doesn't clash AS much!
Along with the bake, errors on edges creating bad seams, not enough resolution/skewed uvs causing moire effect on the indents of the grip).
There is lots of room for improvement here, both fixing your bake/uvs and the texture.
