Cargo door/ Blast door.

Ive been working on this last night and tonight and i cant figure out what else to put on it what else to detail it with and i cant find any real world reference for it at all. Any input or ref would be very helpful. Also do the rebar handles make since because im on the edge about them.

Well, how does it open? I can see there's what looks like handles on the bottom but where are the hinges.

it slides up. but its also around 25 ft. wide so i think the handles are leaving.
