[MAX 2011] "Textel Lookup" settings won't save

Hi everybody, I have a very small issue:
I usualy go to "Customize > Preferences > Viewports > Configure Driver" and set "Textel Lookup" to "Nearest", because I often work without map filter.
But, when I close MAX and re-open it, the option sets back to its default value, "Linear", and I have to set it to "Nearest" again...

This is not a real problem, but I always asked myself why this thing happens, since in MAX 2008 it didn't.

Does this also happen to you?

It could be a problem with permissions on your system, if you're not set up with admin privileges then its probably unable to overwrite the necessary files to make the change permanent?

Nice point. I'm going to try to run MAX as administrator.
