So i need help with some baking. what i've found at the moment is that no matter what i tweak, in one way or another things don't go quite right. usually i find i either get some ugly overflow, or that my edges are TOO crisp.
currently my setup is:
baking pan, 30cm x 18cm x 6cm
brownie mix (home made, from caster sugar, butter, chocolate, egg, baking soda).
oven @ 180 degrees C.

Also I think you need to bake with larger cage as I said the other night.
