Cool. I think you can do a little work on the texture. The areas on his arms between the various muscles looks much darker than the skin and makes his arms look segmented, instead of like they have lean muscles.
If you look at these, several things pop up:
-yours has tight pants, while all the other ones have loose shorts.
-your skin is an unhealthy tone
-you shading doesn't really convey any shapes
-you probably spent too much texture space on the face and arms, and not enough on the rest.
There are a bunch of animations of this guy online, go find and compare those too.

I tweaked the animation too... I think it's more natural now.

As before... crits wanted
His head's a bit small (1/8th of the total length) and he feels emaciated. Either shorten the limbs or thicken everything and upsize the head.
Also - this is a test/assignment that many people have done, use that to your advantage by looking at and criticizing other models:

Looking the pictures and with your crits I decided to turn to a more photographic approach.
Here it is now. 458 tris... Feet and hands still untextured :P
Anyway... I'm the "padawan" here and will listen what everyone has to say, so:
What now? better?
