Creature tutorial?

Hello , Online I find tutorials for anything from characters to buildings , but I have found really few on creatures making , I mean normal creatures like fish , cat or the like and I mean the whole process from modeling to rigging and animating ... does anyone have any tipf or any tutorial that may work with 3dsmax or eventually zbrush?

The thing I am right now trying to make is a shark and I can't ind really many references , ok there are thousands of shark pictures but none from top or front all from side ... are there sites that give animal references?
