    sorry about the big pictures

The overall form is there and definitely is getting close to proper proportion. Quick crits would be the lips look a bit pancaked and flat.

Try to make them a bit more full and put in some subtle curvature from the nose to the top of the lip, as well as the bottom lip to the chin. Secondly the rib cage protruding out looks a bit awkward, if anything I'd make the creature itself malnourished and a whole lot skinnier to make it seem like that skin has nothing else to do but cling onto the bones beneath it.

Here's the best reference I can really find, but again, these are just ideas.

The last two things I would say is just look up some reference for some bicep and tricep anatomy and try to match your characters' upper arms.

And lastly as far as the face, it reminds of Nosferatu a lot so if you need some more reference or it may help spawn ideas, I hope I can help!

These are just a few ideas though, overall you have a pretty solid foundation to start from and I want to see you take this somewhere. But then again this is coming from a guy who is a horrid modeler on most days but still man, Keep it up! And update!

That Buddha is very stylised. If you want reference pictures of emaciated bodies, you're going to have to go looking for people with anorexia or marasmus.
