Very Simple One Time Request for Existing Model Cutting

Hello, I'm new here, so I hope I am posting this in the correct area :)

I've been looking for someone who would be able to help me out with a custom map that I'm working on for StarCraft 2. It's based off of Smash TV and called Smash TV 2010.

http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/smash-tv-2010/

We've gotten some nice progress on this map, and finished one of the boss fights that we've planned for the map as well. You can find two Youtube videos showing some of the stuff in the map in the link above.

For those of you who are familiar with Smash TV, we're trying to recreate the very first boss, Mutoid Man. Here is a Youtube video of what he looks like for those who are not familiar:

Using in-game assets and a custom texture, we've managed to come up with this:

For those of you familiar with StarCraft 2, this unit is basically a Spectre Prisoner combined with a Siege Tank, two marines as the turret men, and a custom texture for the Spectre Prisoner. His lower torso goes into the tank and into the ground, and thus cannot be seen. This effect makes it look like that he is merged with the tank like the real Mutoid Man boss.

Now, if you watched the video of the Mutoid Man boss, you would have noticed that as you start to kill the boss, his limbs get blown off. First his arms, and then his head, and torso, before being nothing but a head on the tank treads. I want to be able to create this effect in my map. However, to do this, I will require a custom model (or rather, 4 custom models).

What I'm thinking is that we can take the in-game model of the Prisoner Spectre and "cut it up" into 4 different models.

1) Head
2) Right Arm
3) Left Arm
4) Torso (without head and arms)

I'm capable of putting these 4 models together in the editor so that appear to be part of the same unit. Then when the time comes, I'll easily be able to "blow off" the arms and head as required.

So thinking that I'd try my own hand at attempting this, I downloaded a trial of 3DS Max and imported the StarCraft 2 Spectre Prisoner model with my custom texture. Unfortunately, having never touched 3DS Max before this, I found the program quite daunting, and my attempts to achieve the effects I'm looking for were quite fruitless.

Here is a screenshot of what I had imported into 3DS Max

And this is a link if you'd like to download the 3DS Max file itself (was saved in 3DS Max 2010).

Ok, that was a long preamble.

So, basically my request is: Someone who is willing to help me with cutting up the model into separate models, and then doing some simple animations with it. The torso and head would only have death animations (blowing up), but the arms would have animations like slamming the ground, and flexing the arms, swinging arms around to attack, etc. Similar to what is shown in the boss video above, but with a few additions. The left and right arms would have the same animations, only mirrored.

If you're interested in helping, please contact me on any of the following:

Thanks! :)

EDIT: Well, I managed to find someone who said they can easily handle the animations, but they don't know how to do ANYTHING when it comes to modeling. So if we ignore the part about animations, is there anyone willing to please help with these minor changes? Should be VERY simple and fast for most of the experienced people here. It would be a great help indeed :)
