Hey guys, just had some questions, figured you veterans might have some helpful input.
I offered to do some unpaid work for a game, I just have 3 conditions
-The final game be free (and the author can't profit from directly from it in any way)
-Appropriate credits in the game
-Full rights to the work
Is there much to be worried about? What if the author won a contest from it, or decided to sell the models on turbosquid, what legal rights would I have?

Why worry about it if you offered the work for free anyhow?
