3Ds Max Normal map and light map looking very weird!!

hi i was making a sword for a simple game me and a friend are making and the maps look really weird be it in photoshop and in 3Ds max here are the maps:

Lighting Map
Please let me know what is going on.

Hey this is a screen shot of the sword i even tryed re baking everything flipping green channels but still nothing. here is the sword

Hm...looks like it could be a smoothing groups issue? can you show us the model without the normal map?

Try resetting xform on all the meshes involved (high and low poly) before baking.
