I heard through the wind there are a lot of TF2 fans here so I thought I'd share a piece of fan art that I just finished. I have always enjoyed Valve's character designs throughout the years. With their latest rendition of Pyro, a favorite of many, it gave me the inspiration to do this piece.
My intention was to produce a hyper-real version of Pyro mid battle based off an area in the Gravelpit.
Update: Fixed some technical rendering issues. Re-Worked the fire, overall lighting and detail visibility. It is now a much higher resolution render. Fire fluid simulation can be seen here:

@PredatorGSR - Yes, the design of Pyro is great and completely lends itself to being hyper real almost unchanged. There are only a few parts I had to re-design to make it work for hyper-realism.
i would say that his red suit would be more convincing and interesting if the wrinkles on the sleeves were slightly less frequent and more bold in places
then for the ones further down the leg, I would say that they should be sharper and more of that feeling of folding over each other, less doughy
a bit like this:
but that said, i only really picked up on that when I saw the screengrab of the t-pose model, you dont really notice it in the lovely render
In the top post, I updated it to have the newest render. Changes include re-working the fire, overall lighting and detail visibility/quality.
