Hey guys, I know I saw this thing posted here on the boards some while ago but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called so after searching all morning I'm seeking assistance.

Basically it is a tool (might have been a script) that you could drag a marquee selection on an image and it would rip out and flatten that selection removing perspective and basically setting it up for texturing or more symmetrical reference material.

Call me crazy but I think it was posted with an example of the Joker from Dark Knight, basically flattening his face out and making it symmetrical for better modeling reference.

Thanks a ton if anyone can remember.

Ah yeah.. that is it. Guess it was Jack Nicholson's Joker and not the Dark Knight :P I even type texture ripper into search Guess i needed to type "tex ripper" Thanks kaptain.

he he, will try to setup a website for that app someday so that more keywords and links follow that source and thread. I actually even used it today myself for some texturing stuff, saving lots of texture slices on my desktop.
