Hi guy's!

This is my first try at a "from sculpt to lowpoly", and i would love your thoughts about this piece. Be as hard as you like and give suggestion on what i can make better for my next try.

I aimed for it to be animation friendly with it being a main character, didnt do the whole thing cause its just a test for a techniqe.

he almost looks human without those bat ears
purple eyes are rather distracting. some light blue would be less eye-catching. no pun intended

I'd say that the larger forms (contours) of the head are incomplete. Take your sculpt down by one or two levels and you'll see what I mean. The bridge of the nose is never that straight. The nose itself needs to be separated out into the three masses that forms it - the two nasal wings and the nubbin in the center.

The forehead isn't one giant mass, but consists of the two areas above the eyebrows flowing into each other. For me though, the real kicker is the eyes. Maybe it's just your camera settings but the head appears to be quite cubic at this point, and the eyes are far to close to the edges of the "cube". They need to be pushed towards the center of the face a little, and round off that "corner" to include the bone shapes of the eye sockets. Speaking of the eye sockets, eyeballs are spheres inserted into the skull. The eyelids should reflect this but right now this guy's upper and lower eyelids do not reflect that structure, instead appearing like flat planes.
