just made some more,
they are both really close to some digimon designs...
as hard as i try, i cannot think any other shape for those 2 to have:poly122:
but oh well...
In theory you can, you have to remesh the two subtools by making them visible and hidding the rest, then divide a couple time the new combined mesh, and reproject details.
But to be honest, results can be horrible with vertices flying across the room...
thanks for replying,
i will go the other way, make the bodies separate and retopo with 3d coat^^,im not very familiar with it yet,but i use it for retopoligizing (maybe i can fuse them there?) now i have one more head to make then move to the bodies

Actually you can export your meshes as obj, merge them in the voxel room of 3dcoat (with the correct increase in resolution to support the details), fuse the parts together, then file>export as dense quads.
You need the latest beta version on 3dcoat forum to do that though.
The output mesh can be used for further sculpting in 3dc and zbrush, but if you're after hyper precise detailing in zbrush (talking about x10m meshes) you will need a little retopo before that. It depends on your hardware.
i will keep the detailing for another character i have in mind,
for those i want something that looks just nice
(believe me its a really big project for one man...im still learning and if i try to make every character detailed i simply wont be able to finish it ever)
BeatKitano thanks again!

some fairly quick zbrush sculpts, eventually,i will retopo them and continue to make their bodies as well

Comments & Critics are welcome!
is it possible to make the boby on a separate mesh, and connect to the head inside Zbrush?

This is when 3dcoat can be very handy :>
