The level represents a dwarven shrine, the level in the game would be an opening with the player fighting to get past guards as a proving.
(The grey parts on the texture sheet are space that was left to use with black and white overlays for individual objects, 4 fit in each of the 512*512 slots one in each colour and one in the alpha.)
