Web hosting for a simple portfolio site

Hi there Guys,

Does anyone here know of a great web hosting service?

Something that costs no more than 10 bucks a month, and has got tools for the basic laying out of texts and pictures. Maybe it one which has a standard portfolio template to follow.

This is my first post and I look forward to learning much from the great talents that prowl this forum.:)

there are a lot of different hosting sites.. in my opinion ix web hosting is the best host at the moment. they offer affordable hosting plans compared with very reliable support. I had no problems so far with my websites.

Drop Box Public Folder?
Works though. Has a bandwidth cap and I'm not 100% about reliability. Might be some EULA stating that you aren't allowed to do this?
