Seamless pattern for a Character's suit?

Hey all, Just had a question about a Zbrush sculpt of Batman I hope to eventually turn into a low poly game-ready model. Here's my progress so far (crits welcome!)

My question is does anyone know of a good brush or method to get that mesh/tilework look for a suit? Not sure if I'm explaining it correctly, but Here's an example.

I'd like to have his suit have some kind of small repeating pattern similar to the top part of Capt's suit in this picture. I'm just not sure how I can make something like that seamless. If anyone knows how it'd be greatly appreciated!!!
