Hey folks. :poly121:
I've just received a college brief based around freelance and salary jobs within the games industry and the benefits/drawbacks of each.
I've been asked to get online and ask some professionals working within the industry (freelance and salary) about their opinions of each.
If anyone could briefly give opinions of this subject and maybe give the following?
Your name
Employer
Freelance or Salary?
Opinions on freelance and salary positions within the industry.
This is greatly appreciated and would really help me with my research and bump up my grade

Thanks a lot guys!

I did both inhouse and freelance and as far as I see it now I wouldn't want to trade a good inhouse job for freelancing. Because for me games are all about the people and The Game you're making giving your all every time.
Speaking about salaries I know I could earn more doing freelance, than working inhouse. maybe even double the amount sometimes, but it would take you more effort obviously than working inhouse the same amount of time. It all depends on the current client.
But I'm from belarus, man, so my case probably isn't that much relevant.
Anyway I hope that would be helpful and hey, go get them good grades!=)
Also, thanks for the reply d1ver, every little bit of info helps
Keep em coming guys :poly124:
Anyone else got an opinion to share?
