Creating terrain with UDK

Just saw http://www.3dmotive.com/product-creating-terrain-with-udk but i cant spare the 15$ right now.

Anyone know any remotely similar tutorials? Mainly on the whole lighting and rendering settings.

youtube has terrain setup videos similar, obviously not as thurough and detailed. If you check my Quick Scene Setup udk tutorial, you might find a similar setup. There's also a UDK subforum you should search in before posting.
