saw u on gameartistians, really incredible, i saw how u did his tattoe but can you explain how u kept that tattoo intact while on diffrent uv islands???

lampekap - First of all I drow with pencil this tatoo (no comuter use:) this make me a lot of fun, I make it when I got free time, then I project tatoo in 3dsmax on body I use planar maping, next I render to texture from Hipoly to Lopoly. In Photoshop I cut tatoo, and organize it to fit on skin, I`m make a 100 renders to see that is OK:p
At final I drop model to Bodypaint and masked seams. In photoshop I use hue/saturation to make it more blue and turn layer to multiply.

Textures and bake seem really clean, professional and awesome.

Shot with photocomp is really really bad idea though. I hope you are not using it as your beauty shot.

I think the robotic arm needs grunge badly. I see tons of grunge on the robotic arm in the comic book, but not on the model. :poly141:
