- ability to give and take constructive feedback

- Based in the greater seattle area
- Passion for fantasy art
- Experience with Unity 3D
- Experience in a scripting language
- Avid gamer

What you need to know:

Many of the team members currently have Part/Full Time jobs and/or family commitments outside of the project. That makes this development cycle one that is worked alongside our day to day lives. That fact does not make this project any less serious, however. Our sprints are each two weeks long, with tasks, hours, and milestones tracked and charted as one would expect in a traditionally managed development project.

This is a revenue shared project, meaning that once sales of the title begin, compensation will be distributed as per contractual arrangements. Compensation levels will have multiple factors taken into account like tracked hours, but will primarily reflect general market rates relative to an associate's contributing skill-set.

Our project would be ideal for a recent art graduate, or an experienced artist aspiring to get into games, either of which would prefer to work on a team of friendly, insightful, and mature peers.
