Comicon Challenge 2010 Deadline Extension II

Heh guys. Since Gameartisan's forum is done currently, together with Comicon Challenge's website, I managed to talk to Fred, and seems like the website won't be up till at least Friday EST. That means everyone gets at least a 2 days extension. Since GA and Polycount are such pals, I hope the mods don't mind this thread!

Please pass the news fellows!

Can fredH or anyone from the gameartisans staff (mods admins etc) affirm this please?
Don't want to be offensive, but i better trust someone i actually know beeing part of the gameartisans team or better the boss himself, otherwise some might miss the deadline which would suck big times.

Yung does alot of work for gameartisans, so I would take this as gospel. Im really happy for this, Im all done now but now we get to see some amazing entries completed, Im looking at you Z2V hehe

Yeah I really want to see those really awesome entries finished, I predicted something like this would happen though, considering how many actually signed up for the thing and that you're allowed to submit uncomplete entries (I think?... might be wrong).

The problem is being addressed. The entire GA (DW, UC, GCCore, ComiconC etc) network of sites will reopen anytime between now and Friday Morning. My emails are down too, so hopefully no one tried to email me:(

All I can say is, comicon artists are very lucky. Depending on when the site goes back up, artists will have 24 hours from that time to submit their work.

This is the email I received from gameartisans.org a little bit ago.

"Due to a major server interruption on GameArtisans's system of websites, the Comicon Challenge has been extended by an additional 24 hours."
