Environment Artist:
Responsibilities:
- Creation of in-game assets that will include props, buildings, vehicles, sky, and terrain.
- Work with other artists and senior artists to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high visual quality bar while staying on schedule.
- Adapt to many different art styles quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience modeling, UV layout, and texturing in some or all of the following: 3d Studio, Maya, 3D coat, Zbrush, and Photoshop
- Ability to take conceptual images to completion using next-gen techniques including baking high-res models to low poly.
- Prior experience with a team that has shipped at least 1 AAA title.
- Highly motivated and a strong work ethic
- Strong traditional art skills including color, composition, and lighting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using the Unreal engine
