Making a UDK scene I'm making some enviorment models like tires.
And after unwraping I'm always having big problems with texturing. You always see where I used another photoreference or where a seam is.
So this is my current texture:
And how it looks in Max:
Also good texturing Tutorials would be nice.

This gives you a nice straight unwrap to texture on, with only two steams hopefully in an easy to disguise place. Personally I would model out the inside of the tire but that's just me.
