This is a WIP Group Project that 4 other friends of mine will be working on one scene of a Gladiator fighting a Hydra. We will be tackling this roughly around 24 hours in my (at the moment) really warm room.
What is our project?
A Gladiator fighting a Hydra.
What will be the end result?
In the end we want these static meshes posed in action with an environment piece (much like a diorama) in UDK.
Here is a few of many pictures we have for reference/concept to give everyone a feel of what we are doing.
Current roles that are subject to change when needed for the sake of the project:

Bank = Hydra
Edmund = Environment

So ends the 24 hours, but we will be continuing to update the models via this thread. We learned a lot sitting next to each as we worked. Now we will work on them on our own time, while still keeping in contact.
If I bulk up the character I will try to bring in the retopo and after that make the clothing.
