Hello guys, It's been a long time since I posted last. Here's the character that I am working on at present. The concept is by a really cool artist by name of Sam Chan
I started off with my old base mesh. I didn't worry too much about the anatomy because not much of the body is going to be visible in the final piece. Here are the snapshots
I made the gas mask as well.
I plan to complete this character quickly, and so will be updating this thread regularly. Looking forward to your thoughts and comments.

You look like you're off to a decent start with the model. She feels a little elongated, though not disproportionately so.
I like where the sculpt is going, but I'd like to see the feminine features pushed a bit more than what's depicted in the concept. Not super curvy or anything, just enough curve to make it identifiable as female at first glance (even with all the clothes + armor equipped).
Anyway, I think this concept has a lot of potential. The colors will really pop on the model. good start with the mask, although I think the eye lenses pop out more in the concept, as in, I don't think they're embedded in the mask like you modeled it vikramvr.
Barnstable, Thanks. Yes, i think the eye lenses need a thickness where they end. I'll model that in.
Here is the top of the body blocked in. I reduced the width of the shoulders, to make her look feminine. I will be sculpting these parts separately, giving them wear and tear, nuts and bolts, and section demarcations.
Also Here are some snapshots
