Problem: Sketchbook Pro 2010 painting outside of cursor

So this problem bugs me since I first used Sketchbook.
After some zooming, mooving or painting my cursor suddenly paints quite a bunch of pixles away from where it is supposed to paint.
I am pretty shure* I got the latest Servicepack (2) Installed.
Also I am using a noname Tablet from "Aiptek" aka "Genius" but it does not appear to be a problem of my table since it's the same when I try it with my mouse.

When I zoom in I made the observation that the actual painting region walks away from the cursor, till at about ~200% zoom, where the offset reaches it's maximum. When zoomign in closer to ~400% it slowly walks back where it belongs.

My current fix so far is switching to window mode and then maximising the window aggain. Not much of a hassle so I did not ask for help so far, but slowly it realy bugs me.

(* "pretty shure" since I tried to install SP2 and it only gave me the remove and repair options, so I suppose I installed SP2 already and not oly SP1)

Anybody else experianced this? Could it be a problem with my noname Tablets drivers or such?

Any help is much appreciated!
