Hiya guys, just a quick one.

I have no idea what I've pressed in Maya, but when I select an edge or vert, this comes up.

Any ideas what I can do to revert back to normal settings?

Looks like you've turned on soft selection.

Double click the select (or translate/rotate/scale) tool on the left toolbar and in the tool settings palette uncheck soft selection.

I'm not a regular Maya user so I don't know what the hotkey is, or if there even is one by default.

fyi the hotkey for soft selection is "b".

That's a nifty hotkey, is there a hotkey for drag select, not to be confused with paint select which I don't like.
