Something about the transition from the face to the hair feels lacking in detail for some reason, but maybe that's just because the hair is sculpted on. I wonder if you could also define the mastoid process muscle a little more too. The part where it branches off onto the collar joint looks kind of odd, but maybe that's the way it was in your reference?
Ears look a bit odd to me, too sharp. The surfaces should curve into one another a bit more. The way they stick out perhaps may be too much or the inner structure should come out a bit more.
This looks awesome, nice work. I like the sculpting around the mouth and eyes. The hair grain seems to go in two different patterns in some places but once you get a texture on it no one is going to say anything

Just wanted to point out that he looks asian - which is good if thats' what you want obviously
