I've tried some vehicles before but they're so complicated that I usually fail with horrible mesh topology's hence I'm making my thread early, so I can get some guidance 
Day 1:
this is what I have so far, some untidy stuff near the engine shaft/exhaust area due to the cut tool used to make ends meet, quite pleased with my progress for now
