[MAX] Aligning verticles along line

I'm trying to figure out how to use align tool for selected vertcles and align them along line or other object's edge. Here's what I'm trying to do:

Any ideas?

Add Vertices to the 'Align Line' and then Snap the Vertices of the other line one by one...might be possible to automate, but I am too lazy to write something now...
