How to disable the touch ring toggle pop up on Intuos 4?

Hey guys - this has being driving me crazy for some time and I read the threads on this board and whatever else I found on the internet and it is probably something silly, that I can't find how to disable this pop up that comes up when you press the middle of the touch ring to switch between the functions. Here is a shot of what I am talking about. I disabled pretty much everything I could and it is still showing up. Thanks in advance for the help

can't be disabled, you'll need to roll back to older drivers

Oghh damn it I switched to win 7 and I did not have it before so I was thinking It could be disabled my bad. I guess I will have to live with it Thanks Marine.
