Flip U & V on BSP not working?

I can't get the U & the V channel on bsp surface to flip on anything other than than the default checkered material applied to the brush. Can anyone else confirm this?

    Figured it out, it was because I had "mirrored" turned on in the texture for the wrap mode. Which doesn't make a lot of sense.

    Seams more intuitive to me that it would be the other way around, oh well.
