Modo not extruding

Hey all, got a quick Modo question.

For some reason or other, most likely down to my mispressing of keyboard shortcuts, I don't appear to be able to extrude.

I'm trying to extrude some EPS curves and when I hit 'x' and right-click to show the gizmo, I can 'pull the extrude' but the gizmo just moves without actually extruding anything.

I'm pretty sure I've screwed up a display setting or something or I've just broken the extrude somehow. Either way, it'd be great if someone knew how to sort it!

Also, is there a way to 'reset' Modo entirely to it's defaults? Goodness knows what else I've managed to change by pressing keys without knowing what their respective shortcuts are.

Well I feel stupid.

I was selecting the curves as edges and not polys so obviously the extrude wasn't working.

While we're on the subject though, is there a way to zoom to object in Modo, similar to Maya's 'F' or Max's 'Z'?

Shift + A is the default to zoom to selection.
A to zoom to extents.

An alternative to the extrude tool would be the bevelittle script from http://www.indigosm.com/modoscripts.htm. It works great on edges.
