Hey arka,
your work seems to be along the lines of a beginning 3d artist, but in a good way, you are moving in the right direction, at least.
If I were you. I would focus on singular items.
quick works that take only a few days to complete and have a goal to work on when you do.
like, create a lamp post and focus on specular mapping.
or create a set of simple floor textures and focus on normal mapping.
If you dont already know, this is an awesome resource: http://wiki.polycount.com/
I really wish this was around when I started out.
anyways, just keep working, listen to crits and you will get better.
good luck.
I think your best piece out of those is your AO render scene, I like it, solid on it so far, it's just how you texture / light and composite it now which will determine how good it looks when finished.
Get to grips with a game-engine aswell if you haven't already. Presenting work shows you can work with a realtime engine and actually produce game-art among many other advantages.
