This may sound kinda random, but I've been wondering for a while: is there any kind of shader for Maya that can let you see ambient occlusion in realtime while you're modeling? I ask because I've found AO to give the most information in terms of where things are relative to each other without having to do a complex lighting setup to make sure that all the geometry is easily distinguishable.
Obviously not a crucial issue, just something that would be neat if it existed. (It doesn't necessarily have to be ambient occlusion - just some kind of shader that does a good job of distinguishing faces from each other.
