In all honesty I'm not 100% sure what you want to show us. How old are you, is this for you learning animation? Or are you just making a thing and you dont really care about progress etc, you're just messing around?
If you are trying to learn animation, I would say you really just need to go back to basics and do a walk cycle, or a jump or something, and post that so we can take a look and give a proper crit.

Hope to see you keep posting,

Jay, thanks for the suggestion. I will try to post my walk cycle sometime soon.
I just wanted to share my 3d animation. Any critiques are welcome. Except for the sound, Vubo is one man production that I did back in college, 2002. It was done for my 3d animation production class and I passed. However, I decided to update the backgrounds, lighting, textures, fix some deformation errors, few animation stuff and etc.
It was lot of work, some leisure and some hard mundane work. The animation is on a simple level. I did not quite intend to match Pixar quality with this project. I always felt this project/story allowed me to explore all the different aspects of 3d animation. Enjoyable fun was a big factor of it.
hehe kinda funny, in a weird nonsensical way..
I think maybe you bit off a pretty big project, probably better to do something shorter and more polished next time, but keep at it!

Yeah definitely it was rather a huge project. Actually, I have plans to do something smaller and more polished for my next project.

Here is today's new Vubo wallpaper picture...
There is no audio at all. I mentioned that in the description box.
Not sure if the full animation will have audio.
