Nice windows software that lets you unblock used files

i read a lot of reviews about this, everyone really recommend it. i installed it a minute ago and was able to delete a file that i couldn't delete for...14 months! works great i thought and figured others might like this. maybe there is something out there even better?

Thats really great man cheers. I really hate that stupid deletion prevention feature; if it craps out you are going to be left with a file thats completely undeletable. Really annoying.
