Hey all, i heard from a friend that this was a great site to get help with modeling, and whatnot. A little about myself Im 19 and currently an art student learning Game art and design. My dream is to be a lead artist in movies, and or games. right now im doing nothing but teaching myself modeling in an effort to persue my dream, these images below are from my last quarter we had to do one hard surface model, and one organic model. Right now im getting ref. photos from 3d.sk, and practicing all the time. learning propper edge flow and whatnot. Critique away i want to get better!!!! :):)
One thing that stands out to me is the inaccuracies in your models. I'll use the piranha plant as an example; while you can tell it is a piranha plant, it doesn't look like a piranha plant. Being new to modelling, you're probably caught up in trying to learn all the technical aspects of modelling, but make sure you don't lose focus and ignore your reference material.
Also, you probably shouldn't host your images on facebook. :P
You can use blogspot as well to host your images. A lot of artists use it...
And as tanka said...try to follow your reference, keep the proportions. And don´t rush to details.
Once you have the main proportions right you can work on the details.
There a list of things you should try to learn(you can get hundreds of tutorials at the internet about those topics):
retopology
uv mapping
texture painting
high poly modeling (software: zbrush or mudbox are the most populars I guess...)
retopology
Those are just a quick tips...I am sure once you are researching those things you gonna find out a huge amount of information that gonna help you.
I hope I helped...

Good luck with the 3D modeling, I started out recently and it's been fun but difficult at the same time.
