Hi guys listen i have been looking around but cant seem to find any info in How to select Mesh and to isolate that mesh in Z Brush if anyone knows any info could you please share it? and when working with a mesh like this

If its a single mesh, you could split it into polygroups and ctrl+shift+click the group you want to isolate.
If you don't have polygroups or want to isolate parts on the fly, you can quickly hide selections using ctrl+shift+click, and dragging a selection box (or lasso).
But yes, polygroups are also really nice. There's even a brush option that limits you to only be able to sculpt on one polytool at once.
