Hey guys!
I'm currently working on a model that's hopefully going to end up tribal in some way, I have an initial concept but whilst modelling I've been flipping the idea in all sorts of different ways.
She was initially going to be a stereotypical huntress type, but now I'm thinking of a more modern day tribal huntress - maybe a knife, a gun perhaps, tatty modern day clothes? Not sure, I'm still working of that and any ideas would be lovely!
Anyway, I've finished the base and I'm working through the initial sculpting stage:
I'm still pretty new to Zbrush so any tips, crits or comments would be greatly apprriciated!

Im sure most people would disagree and state that designing as you go is a substantial alternative but ive always found it to be abit of a waste of time....
Good luck!
The ears are attached awkwardly. The whole side of the ear nearest the cheek/temple should be attached. The top part of yours looks as though it's separate, almost like another earlobe.
Also, Do the hands look too masculine?
I'm also having a little trouble with the back and glutes now, it doesn't seem to look right... any ideas? =\

and buttocks are simple enough, if you know what is going on beneath the skin. You just have to find ENOUGH REFERENCE for muscles and real photos. Reference is a must friend!
Some scar close-ups - any crits on these?
Gonna take the med poly version into max soon and give her some clothes, so any crits before that stage would be awesome!
Anyway, I've removed them, maybe I'll have a few subtle scars around the place instead.
I've created a quick paint-over of what I intend to do with her now, I'm not sure if it's interesting or not though.. I tried to stick to reference images of actual African tribes but I jazzed a few things around a bit to make her a little more exciting to look at.
Don't worry, she will have nipples!... and maybe hair, I haven't decided on that yet.
