Photoshop Xnormal Plugins

So out of the blue this morning my xnormal plugins dont work. I get the error "could no complete the Height2Nromals command because of a problem with the filter module interface"
I've reainstalled photoshop, xnormal, the plugins everything multiple times, nothing works, anyone have an idea?

Probably should have posted this in the xNormal thread. I haven't had any issues with the plugins suddenly stopping, though.

Try reinstalling PS.

And post it on the xnormal thread so jogshy read it.

Did you try other images?Maybe it´s the image itself. I had similar problems when I wrote my own NormalMap Generator.

yeah, tried everything. Narrowed it down to something happening when i went to an old system restore point. Long story short that was just the first thing to go all fucky on me yesterday so i ended up reformating and all is well.

Hopefully you made a backup of your artfoldersand stuff

heheh, yeah, at the rate i've had to reformat lately i've just got everything on standby for backing up, no worries.

just in case it messes up again,
when that happens, I always just move the plugins from the xnormal program folder straight to photoshop. always fixes it for me.
