Is anyone else playing this? I knew it was going to look fantastic, but it's such a great platform/puzzle game. Some of the puzzles are fiendishly clever without ever being too obscure. I love the dark atmosphere and sadistic sense of humour too. I felt pretty bad about what I did to that giant spider...

I got to play it for 3-4 mins this morning before I boosted to work, like the style! Need to smash Monkey Island 2 first then I will consider a purchase. Its getting awesome reviews from the dudes in the office.

yeah, i already finished the game and will probably play through it again. there were a couple moments that totally startled me and i almost fell out of my seat. i hope they make dlc or a sequel. if you liked braid you should definitely pick it up.

So now that this is on Steam/PSN how many of you have picked it up?

I just finished it and found it to be fantastic from beginning to end! The puzzles were great and I particularly liked how they did the audio in the game.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere, finished it in about 4 sittings or so, tried to take my time and really just enjoy it.

I'll give it a few weeks and do a second run-through.

Here's to hoping they come out with additional puzzles.

Game aesthetics are just awesome. Nice looks, awesome smooth animation and response, i love the well defined silhouettes, use of negative space and contrast to accentuate depth and lighting, and just the concept.

I didn't like it was just almost 3 hrs long. On 1st play through, and its not a game that i feel the need to go back and replay. But i am actually using it as reference for a game i am working now, for some ideas.

Some of the best storytelling and gameplay mechanics conveyed through the environment I've ever seen. Picked it up a while back on XBLA, but people who didnt get the chance first time around should pick it up on Steam or PSN.

Sick atmosphere, need headphones or good sound system. Play at 3am in a bout of insomnia.

Very much loved this game, but I didn't finish it (close to the end though). I think it lost its creepy factor quickly and was replaced with machinery instead. MORE SPIDERS. It's some pretty sadistic game design in there.
