So I've laid out my uvs and split edges where I plan to have hard edges. I should have just hardened them while in the process of uv-ing. My model is currently all soft edges, is there a quick way to use the split edges from the UVs to define the hard edges on the model? I really cringe at the thought of manually selecting all these edges again:poly127:

- Convert selection to UV-borders.
- In the 3d viewport, convert the selection to contained edges.
If you by any chance would like to go the other way around, selecting all hard edges, to split the UV:s, you can do that using conditions in select > select using constraints
i select all of the UV points, then go to select shell borders and finally convert selection to containing edges.
but it does what it says: selects all edges that are contained by these points. including edges that go through the whole shell like here:

any idea how to fix that?
