Working on this non human tribal warrior. He will get some primitive clothing, jewlry and weaponry. Also contemplating making some dinosaur type mount for him.
There's definitely something up with those hips. The definition of the pelvic bones is too tall. Usually, the obliques come around and end right above the ridge of the pelvis.
Also check out the transition from the torso to the hips to the legs. Right now where the legs join the hips are also looking off. Where they attach to the hips, the legs are looking blocky and unnatural.
I think it looks good but as the others have said, the hips are somewhat off even though I have trouble putting my finger on exactly what the problem is. Good work so far!
Yeah i can see what you guys mean, found a pretty good illustration of the area that ill look at to try and fix it. The transition between the hips and the legs i was planing to make it really fleshy/stringy like i have here and there in the sculpt but it isnt done yet. Be back with an update later today.
alright, havent had time to work on him much at all but got some time on him today. Been struggling with ideas for clothing/hair so if anyone got some suggestions on how to make him abit more intressting but keep him simple that would be cool. Also not yet decided if i want to give him hair or not..
