right off the bat, I think that your ear looks a little to small and too low. It should be a little larger, and definitely a bit higher up, the center of the ear should be level with the eyes
the topology on the face
the tiny, skinny knees
her ass is budging out way too much
her stance is too wide and legs are too far apart
her back where her rip cage is, it shouldn't arc up in the middle
the general shape of the spine looks really off.
her arms are a little long (the upper arm looks a long in particular)
neck is way too long and weird... (looks like a snapping turtle neck)
her shoulders look a little too broad and manly
the head may be a little big, but its hard to tell because the neck makes it seem disconnected.

Its not too bad (far from perfect thou), the eye loops should go out farther and make up the check bone, the mouth and jaw "loops" are kinda messy and don't flow well.
As pior mentioned the anatomy is wonky, but it also seems pretty inconsistent. The abs and calfs look muscled, the arms look like fatty tissue and the hips are anorexically skinny. Trying to make it coherently either one bodytype or another will make things look better.
As for specific crits, it's quite difficult to discern individual problems when it comes to anatomy. Its one of those things you just pick up on as being wrong because you see people every day and problems are very apparent, but difficult to pin down. Carefully studying some reference and muscular anatomy guides then drawing over your model in photoshop with that knowledge will help you identify where you're going wrong. Right off the bat though, the hips are way too strong, the boobs look quite fake and the hands seem quite manly.

Good luck!
Could you point out where you think there's anatomy problems?

Worked on the butt a little
What's wrong with the face topology?
Adjusted jaw, neck, shoulders, knees, leg positions, arms...
