what up guys have started working on this awesome weapon and i would like some feedback on how its coming along so far

sort of soon to be doing high poly work for it, it's barely started. But it looks good so far. The trigger guard looks too curvy but it just might be me.

hmm i normally do piece by piece and make them all High so that i don't have to come back and do everything all over again is that a wrong way of doing it?

Thats how i do it too, its not as important when there a lot of seperate objects in my view.

I think you've got it right, one section or piece at a time and doing it highpoly, are you using edit poly modifiers for your control edges?

no i just do Convert to Editable Poly is it best to use Edit poly modifier?

well if you use edit poly modifier you can turn it on and off to quickly get back to your low poly mesh, saves a lot of time!

You can always look at racers445 Ak74u tutorial. It helped me a lot and from what I have observed so far he does it piece by piece.

yeah doing it piece by piece and high-poly first is the way to go about it. I'm not sure where n88tr is coming from with this "early to be working on the high poly" bit. "uprezzing" a low poly usually causes more problems than it solves.

im not very happy how the but of the gun came out don't know why just does not feel very natural.... anyone somewere with some wires ore something to get an idea on how its made?

Concerning the stock, the back of the grip and interior edges are too sharp and the overall shape is not as smooth as it should be. Noticeable smoothing errors where the bottom and top curvatures meet the flat.

Whats up guys thanks for the references but somehow i cant seem to get the But to look good so i will just leave it like this for now and maybe come work on it later on this is a small update and some wires
