I've decided to create a new environment for my portfolio. I want to get this done in less then a month, so I'm going to keep it reasonably small. My goal is to make this as realistic as possible.
I'm trying to recreate the abandoned Stella Artois brewery here in Belgium. Here are some reference pictures:
This is what have so far, a quick block out exported from max to udk. Just trying to get the basic shapes and sizes down, before I move on to the individual props. Still need to add the staircase in the front tho.

Looking good so far, can't wait to see more!
I started modelling and texturing the main walls.
Textures are far from finished, just wanted to make sure everything lined-up and tiled correctly.
It probably just looks roomier right now, because it's empty.
I might make some small changes to make some things more interesting visually, but I want to keep the basic shape and lay-out of the original.
I've finished the windows and made some textures. Might start on the high poly for one of the kettles today.
I'm going to change it for sure and add some building in the distance.
Ceiling looks a bit bland at the moment (though I'm sure you're aware of that) and could use some wear and tear along the edges. You could either place some decals or use vertex colour to blend in some grunge.
Is any of that geometry Unreal CSG or is it all meshes imported from your 3D package?
@creationtwentytwo: The floor, ceiling and ceiling beams are BSP right now, it just makes it easier to use tiled textures.
I might make the floor a static mesh with some subdivisions, so I can paint in some dust between the groves here and there using vertex paint.
